New MTAFlow™ White repair cement has the same ultrafine-grained properties as the original MTAFlow repair cement. Both are designed to mix and deliver easily with your desired consistency—and can be delivered through the 29 ga NaviTip™ Tip. MTAFlow White repair cement was made for dentists who prefer a nonstaining formula for use in the esthetic zone of the tooth.
The mixing ratio of the powder and gel components of both MTAFlow repair cements are adaptable based on the procedure. This gives them a variety of applications. MTAFlow White cement’s nonstaining formula is specifically designed to be used for procedures like primary dentition vital pulpotomy and pulp capping. It can however be used for any procedure appropriate for MTAFlow cement.
Both MTAFlow repair cements promote healing because MTA is bioactive. Bone repair by the body occurs in contact with the surface layer of hydroxyapatite (HA). This will support healing.
The MTAFlow and new MTAFlow White repair cement kits come with the essential tools you’ll need to mix and deliver your desired consistency. The kit contains enough powder and gel to complete 8–10 applications. It also includes a measuring spoon, and the tools you’ll need for precise delivery: 10 Skini syringes, 20 Micro Tips (20 ga), and 10 Luer Lock caps.
