Overview


 Sales Happy Hour with Ultradent Products is a series of live online training sessions designed to support sales teams with practical, easy-to-apply product knowledge and a solid clinical understanding. The trainings help sales professionals confidently present Ultradent solutions and effectively support dental professionals in their daily practice.

Each session focuses on a key treatment area and covers core concepts, clinical background, product positioning, and practical application scenarios. The goal is to strengthen product knowledge, improve consultative selling skills, and ensure the right solutions are recommended for each clinical situation.

The trainings are led by Dr. Rafael Beolchi and delivered in a compact, engaging live format with the opportunity for questions and interaction. All registered participants will also receive access to the session recording for a limited time after the live event.

Our Lecturer

Dr. Rafael Beolchi

Dr. Rafael Beolchi graduated in Dentistry from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 2000 and has maintained a private practice since 2001, specializing in aesthetic dentistry and oral rehabilitation.

He holds a master's degree in Biomaterials (2009) from the Institute of Energetic and Nuclear Research (USP) and a second master's degree in dental medicine completed in Portugal, where he is currently based.

Dr. Beolchi teaches internationally, presenting lectures and workshops in more than 60 countries across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. His teaching focuses on advanced handling of dental materials with a simplified, step‑by‑step clinical approach.

He also works as a consultant for aesthetic dental products, contributing his clinical and scientific expertise to the development of new materials. He has authored several articles and book chapters in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, primarily on esthetic direct restorations and light curing, fields in which he remains an active researcher.

All you need to know about mechanism, safety, stability, effectiveness, use in different situations and which product to offer to doctors based on each patient’s situation

Learning objectives:

  • Learn the chemical mechanism of action of whitening agents (hydrogen peroxide, carbamide peroxide) on enamel and dentin
  • Identify different types of stains (e.g., tetracycline, fluorosis, aging) and appropriate treatment methods
  • Learn the right protocols for vital & non-vital teeth bleaching

Understanding chemical differences of hemostatic solutions, cord techniques

Learning objectives: 

  • Learn how to achieve effective hemostasis: Utilize appropriate techniques and products to control bleeding for accurate impressions and restoration placement
  • Learn differences between various hemostatic solutions
  • Gingival Retraction: learn proper techniques and products to expose margins without causing recession

Part 2: Prevention

  • Understand pit and fissure sealants and their role in preventive dentistry
